I had the amazing pleasure to work with Nishqa to help me find my first apartment! From the start, it was easy to set a timeline and align on some expectations. Being a first time home buyer is really scary, but luckily Nishqa was able to make it a breeze! She knew exactly what concerns I might have and started addressing them before I even realized. She was incredibly professional and worked tirelessly to make my experience a lot easier. When the time came, she did a superb job of drafting an appealing offer letter that helped seal the deal. Nishqa was amazing to work with. She was completely different than other realtors we have worked with in the past. She knows Burlington very well and when she listed our home price, she kept a close eye on the competition around us and set our selling strategy accordingly.
