Nishqa was amazing to work with. She was completely different than other realtors we have worked with in the past. We never felt pushed or rushed into any decisions we weren’t 100 per cent sure about. She is very knowledgable in all areas of the process to list/sell/buy homes. She knows Burlington very well and when she listed our home price, she kept a close eye on the competition around us and set our selling strategy accordingly. She provided us a full-service (photography, listing and staging) with a real affordable commission. She took care of everything which took the stress and anxiety off of my husband and I. We were just so happy with the exceptional service she provided us. She responded to every question, no matter how big or small in a timely manner, many times late at night when I thought I’d hear from her the next day. I will certainly work with Nishqa again on any future home transactions and I recommend her to anyone and everyone who is planning to buy or sell.

I had the amazing pleasure to work with Nishqa to help me find my first apartment! From the start, it was easy to set a timeline and align on some expectations.
