Nishqa is AMAZING!! She helped me rent a property in downtown Toronto, making my life so much easier during the entire process. I truly don’t know where to begin with Nishqa. The thank you’s are literally endless. With 15+ showings and 2 bidding wars, in less then 10 days she found us a home. My son contacted Nishqa in spring 2021 to view studio/1 bedroom condos in TO. After the first two outings Nishqa knew what type of units drew our interest. We had only 4-5 days of viewing before one of our two offers was accepted. Through each viewing Nishqa advised what to look out for. One that I still remember is to ensure that there is no kitec plumbing.

After the offer acceptance Nishqa guided us through the process providing a real estate lawyer, a mortgage broker at one of the big banks and a P&C insurance company. Needless to say the closing went smoothly. Even in possession Nishqa recommended a blind company and furniture store that had very competitive pricing.

Not only was Nishqa a super real estate agent but she was also a great help in making it special for a first time homeowner, my son.
