Nishqa is AMAZING!! She helped me rent a property in downtown Toronto, making my life so much easier during the entire process. She understood what I was looking for very quickly, was diligent in ensuring I was seeing a bunch of great places and was very knowledgeable on the market. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completing steps necessary before moving in and was always available to answer my many questions! She also mad the experience so much fun! Working with Nishqa on finding our new home has been such a great experience! Nishqa was amazing to work with. She was completely different than other realtors we have worked with in the past. We never felt pushed or rushed into any decisions we weren’t 100 per cent sure about. She is very knowledgable in all areas of the process to list/sell/buy homes. She knows Burlington very well and when she listed our home price, she kept a close eye on the competition around us and set our selling strategy accordingly.
