I had the amazing pleasure to work with Nishqa to help me find my first apartment! From the start, it was easy to set a timeline and align on some expectations. Being a first time home buyer is really scary, but luckily Nishqa was able to make it a breeze! She knew exactly what concerns I might have and started addressing them before I even realized. Working with Nishqa on finding our new home has been such a great experience! She always responded quickly and was so helpful, and continued to help us after the sale by checking in regularly to see if we had questions or needed anything. Nishqa was super patient with us, showing us over 40 houses! She is also super organized, which made the process much easier in ensuring we never missed a step. Nishqa focused on building a relationship with us, which fostered a lot of trust and confidence in her. My son contacted Nishqa in spring 2021 to view studio/1 bedroom condos in TO. After the first two outings Nishqa knew what type of units drew our interest. We had only 4-5 days of viewing before one of our two offers was accepted. Through each viewing Nishqa advised what to look out for. One that I still remember is to ensure that there is no kitec plumbing.

After the offer acceptance Nishqa guided us through the process providing a real estate lawyer, a mortgage broker at one of the big banks and a P&C insurance company. Needless to say the closing went smoothly. Even in possession Nishqa recommended a blind company and furniture store that had very competitive pricing.

Not only was Nishqa a super real estate agent but she was also a great help in making it special for a first time homeowner, my son.

I sincerely recommend Nishqa as a real estate agent; her calm demeanour and knowledge of the industry. Thank you Nishqa!
