Working with Nishqa on finding our new home has been such a great experience! She always responded quickly and was so helpful, and continued to help us after the sale by checking in regularly to see if we had questions or needed anything. Nishqa was super patient with us, showing us over 40 houses! She is also super organized, which made the process much easier in ensuring we never missed a step. Simply outstanding. Nishqa guided us right from our initial curiosity of selling our house to the final offer. Answering all questions we had (even some we didn't) in detail, walking us through what the market was like, what to expect, setting up our house, booking appointments, handling offers etc etc. I can't ask for a better experience.
