I almost gave up my search for a condo - with the market being so competitive and prices through the roof, I also couldn’t find a realtor that I felt understood my needs and really advocated for my best interests. My son contacted Nishqa in spring 2021 to view studio/1 bedroom condos in TO. After the first two outings Nishqa knew what type of units drew our interest. We had only 4-5 days of viewing before one of our two offers was accepted. Through each viewing Nishqa advised what to look out for. One that I still remember is to ensure that there is no kitec plumbing.

After the offer acceptance Nishqa guided us through the process providing a real estate lawyer, a mortgage broker at one of the big banks and a P&C insurance company. Needless to say the closing went smoothly. Even in possession Nishqa recommended a blind company and furniture store that had very competitive pricing.
