I sold and purchased a home with Nishqa last year. The process of buying and selling can be a super daunting experience. Nishqa was amazing to say the least. She eased my nerves and reassured me throughout the entire process. She is well educated and experienced in real estate thus my full and complete trust in her really paid off. We required a quick closing due to family circumstances and Nishqa used the right strategy to deliver. Simply outstanding. Nishqa guided us right from our initial curiosity of selling our house to the final offer.
