Buying your first home is one of the biggest decisions in one’s life, and having the right people by your side to guide you during this process is essential. Working with Nish has benefitted me in learning so much within this experience. More importantly to the passion she has for her work, is the compassion and energy she carries for people, Nish is understanding, an effective communicator, flexible and personable. Grateful for our paths crossing in a timely way, her expertise and diligence in finding me the perfect first home, and for the blossoming of a new friendship.

My son contacted Nishqa in spring 2021 to view studio/1 bedroom condos in TO. After the first two outings Nishqa knew what type of units drew our interest. We had only 4-5 days of viewing before one of our two offers was accepted. Through each viewing Nishqa advised what to look out for. One that I still remember is to ensure that there is no kitec plumbing.

After the offer acceptance Nishqa guided us through the process providing a real estate lawyer, a mortgage broker at one of the big banks and a P&C insurance company. Needless to say the closing went smoothly. Even in possession Nishqa recommended a blind company and furniture store that had very competitive pricing.

Not only was Nishqa a super real estate agent but she was also a great help in making it special for a first time homeowner, my son.
