Nishqa is AMAZING!! She helped me rent a property in downtown Toronto, making my life so much easier during the entire process. She understood what I was looking for very quickly, was diligent in ensuring I was seeing a bunch of great places and was very knowledgeable on the market. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completing steps necessary before moving in and was always available to answer my many questions! She also mad the experience so much fun! My son contacted Nishqa in spring 2021 to view studio/1 bedroom condos in TO. After the first two outings Nishqa knew what type of units drew our interest. We had only 4-5 days of viewing before one of our two offers was accepted. Through each viewing Nishqa advised what to look out for. One that I still remember is to ensure that there is no kitec plumbing.

After the offer acceptance Nishqa guided us through the process providing a real estate lawyer, a mortgage broker at one of the big banks and a P&C insurance company. Needless to say the closing went smoothly. Even in possession Nishqa recommended a blind company and furniture store that had very competitive pricing.

Not only was Nishqa a super real estate agent but she was also a great help in making it special for a first time homeowner, my son.
