We arrived from abroad and knew nothing about Toronto or Canada. Nishqa helped us find the best apartment with the best price, it’s a 15 minute walk from our work. Today we are very happy here, Nishqa didn’t only help us with our apartment, she became our friend.

She has relentlessly high standards and raised the bar with how she handled the departure of our previous tenants, advertising our home on MLS, and helping us navigate an offer that didn't sacrifice long-term value for short-term results. I appreciate how much speed matters across Nishqa's business. Although we approached Nishqa later than we should have, she promptly joined us on calls to guide us through the complexities involved with exiting a long term rental tenant, and ensured we had a smooth transition. She impressed us with a technology forward and innovative approach to handle our busy work schedules by recording screen-shares and voicing her thoughts on multiple offers that our property received, which we had the opportunity to watch at our discretion. Nishqa was amazing to work with. She was completely different than other realtors we have worked with in the past. We never felt pushed or rushed into any decisions we weren’t 100 per cent sure about. She is very knowledgable in all areas of the process to list/sell/buy homes. She knows Burlington very well and when she listed our home price, she kept a close eye on the competition around us and set our selling strategy accordingly. She provided us a full-service (photography, listing and staging) with a real affordable commission. She took care of everything which took the stress and anxiety off of my husband and I. We were just so happy with the exceptional service she provided us. She responded to every question, no matter how big or small in a timely manner, many times late at night when I thought I’d hear from her the next day. I will certainly work with Nishqa again on any future home transactions and I recommend her to anyone and everyone who is planning to buy or sell.

She understood what I was looking for very quickly, was diligent in ensuring I was seeing a bunch of great places and was very knowledgeable on the market.
