I sold and purchased a home with Nishqa last year. The process of buying and selling can be a super daunting experience. Nishqa was amazing to say the least. My wife and I would like to thank you so much for your help and support to find us a new home with very little time. The time was critical for us to move and get good renting price in very good area and good size condo. You were very active and worked hard without being either tired or bored. We are very satisfied as we got a very good lease and clean apartment in the square one area and good prices included everything. My son contacted Nishqa in spring 2021 to view studio/1 bedroom condos in TO. After the first two outings Nishqa knew what type of units drew our interest. We had only 4-5 days of viewing before one of our two offers was accepted. Through each viewing Nishqa advised what to look out for. One that I still remember is to ensure that there is no kitec plumbing.

After the offer acceptance Nishqa guided us through the process providing a real estate lawyer, a mortgage broker at one of the big banks and a P&C insurance company. Needless to say the closing went smoothly. Even in possession Nishqa recommended a blind company and furniture store that had very competitive pricing.
