Apr 28th, 2021I had the amazing pleasure to work with Nishqa to help me find my first apartment! From the start, it was easy to set a timeline and align on some expectations. Being a first time home buyer is really scary, but luckily Nishqa was able to make it a breeze! She knew exactly what concerns I might have and started addressing them before I even realized. She was incredibly professional and worked tirelessly to make my experience a lot easier. When the time came, she did a superb job of drafting an appealing offer letter that helped seal the deal. Looking back, I honestly don’t know how I could’ve done it without her. Thanks to Nishqa and her team for the amazing job, would definitely recommend!
