I truly don’t know where to begin with Nishqa. The thank you’s are literally endless. With 15+ showings and 2 bidding wars, in less then 10 days she found us a home. From being available at all hours of the night, answering any questions we had and teaching us everything real estate. To your patience, knowledge, and endless guidance. To understanding exactly what we were looking for and always going above and beyond. And for making one of the biggest purchases of our lives so easy, fun and as stress free as possible. I had the amazing pleasure to work with Nishqa to help me find my first apartment! From the start, it was easy to set a timeline and align on some expectations. Being a first time home buyer is really scary, but luckily Nishqa was able to make it a breeze! She knew exactly what concerns I might have and started addressing them before I even realized. Simply outstanding. Nishqa guided us right from our initial curiosity of selling our house to the final offer. Answering all questions we had (even some we didn't) in detail, walking us through what the market was like, what to expect, setting up our house, booking appointments, handling offers etc etc. I can't ask for a better experience.
