I truly don’t know where to begin with Nishqa. The thank you’s are literally endless. With 15+ showings and 2 bidding wars, in less then 10 days she found us a home. From being available at all hours of the night, answering any questions we had and teaching us everything real estate. To your patience, knowledge, and endless guidance. To understanding exactly what we were looking for and always going above and beyond. And for making one of the biggest purchases of our lives so easy, fun and as stress free as possible. My son contacted Nishqa in spring 2021 to view studio/1 bedroom condos in TO. After the first two outings Nishqa knew what type of units drew our interest. We had only 4-5 days of viewing before one of our two offers was accepted. Through each viewing Nishqa advised what to look out for. One that I still remember is to ensure that there is no kitec plumbing.

After the offer acceptance Nishqa guided us through the process providing a real estate lawyer, a mortgage broker at one of the big banks and a P&C insurance company. Needless to say the closing went smoothly. Even in possession Nishqa recommended a blind company and furniture store that had very competitive pricing.

Not only was Nishqa a super real estate agent but she was also a great help in making it special for a first time homeowner, my son.
