I sold and purchased a home with Nishqa last year. The process of buying and selling can be a super daunting experience. Nishqa was amazing to say the least. She eased my nerves and reassured me throughout the entire process. She is well educated and experienced in real estate thus my full and complete trust in her really paid off. We required a quick closing due to family circumstances and Nishqa used the right strategy to deliver. While finding a home, we were insistent on finding the perfect match that met all of our extensive needs. Nishqa proved to be patient and understanding during the entire process. Simply outstanding. Nishqa guided us right from our initial curiosity of selling our house to the final offer. Answering all questions we had (even some we didn't) in detail, walking us through what the market was like, what to expect, setting up our house, booking appointments, handling offers etc etc. I can't ask for a better experience. Working with Nishqa on finding our new home has been such a great experience! I had the amazing pleasure to work with Nishqa to help me find my first apartment! From the start, it was easy to set a timeline and align on some expectations.
