My son contacted Nishqa in spring 2021 to view studio/1 bedroom condos in TO. After the first two outings Nishqa knew what type of units drew our interest. We had only 4-5 days of viewing before one of our two offers was accepted. Through each viewing Nishqa advised what to look out for. One that I still remember is to ensure that there is no kitec plumbing.

After the offer acceptance Nishqa guided us through the process providing a real estate lawyer, a mortgage broker at one of the big banks and a P&C insurance company. Needless to say the closing went smoothly. Even in possession Nishqa recommended a blind company and furniture store that had very competitive pricing.

Not only was Nishqa a super real estate agent but she was also a great help in making it special for a first time homeowner, my son.

Simply outstanding. Nishqa guided us right from our initial curiosity of selling our house to the final offer. Answering all questions we had (even some we didn't) in detail, walking us through what the market was like, what to expect, setting up our house, booking appointments, handling offers etc etc. I can't ask for a better experience.
