She always responded quickly and was so helpful, and continued to help us after the sale by checking in regularly to see if we had questions or needed anything. My son contacted Nishqa in spring 2021 to view studio/1 bedroom condos in TO. After the first two outings Nishqa knew what type of units drew our interest. We had only 4-5 days of viewing before one of our two offers was accepted. Through each viewing Nishqa advised what to look out for. One that I still remember is to ensure that there is no kitec plumbing.

After the offer acceptance Nishqa guided us through the process providing a real estate lawyer, a mortgage broker at one of the big banks and a P&C insurance company. Needless to say the closing went smoothly. Even in possession Nishqa recommended a blind company and furniture store that had very competitive pricing.

Nishqa was amazing to work with. She was completely different than other realtors we have worked with in the past. We never felt pushed or rushed into any decisions we weren’t 100 per cent sure about. She is very knowledgable in all areas of the process to list/sell/buy homes. She knows Burlington very well and when she listed our home price, she kept a close eye on the competition around us and set our selling strategy accordingly. She provided us a full-service (photography, listing and staging) with a real affordable commission. She took care of everything which took the stress and anxiety off of my husband and I.
